  20. I have always received helpful and immediate responses from the "Thor 
  21. team".  Perhaps for some reason they have not received your message?  
  22. Also, investigating bugs can sometimes take a little time.

  24. In my experience, the Thor people have done far more to support their 
  25. product than any of the commercial businesses I have dealt with.
